Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using Mizo Player ("the app") on any device - phone, tablet, smart TV or computer - you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Mizo Player is

Mizo Player is a media player. It does not include, host, sell or distribute any channels, movies, series or other media content. The app only plays playlists that you add yourself (Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U link) from a provider of your choosing. We are not affiliated with any content provider.

3. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and the content you access through them. You must only use playlists and content that you have the legal right to view in your country. We do not monitor, control or endorse any third-party content, and we accept no responsibility for it.

4. Licensing and activation

The mobile apps (Android and iOS) are free to use. On smart TVs, the app includes a free trial period, after which continued use requires activation of the device. Activation fees, where applicable, are paid for the player software only and never for any content. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to: use the app to access content you are not authorized to view; copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app; interfere with or overload our servers; share activation credentials in a way that circumvents licensing; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party services

The app works with services we do not control, such as your playlist provider, Chromecast devices and the app stores. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them. Apps downloaded from the App Store or Google Play are also subject to Apple's and Google's standard terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any playlist will work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or of any third-party content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a device's activation if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your playlists from within the app or from the playlist management page.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
